We warrant our work for three months from the date of completion. If you find a defect within this period, please notify us promptly. We will repair or replace the defective work at no additional cost to you. We do offer an Extend Warranty upon request. Visit our Warranty page here.

Our net materials are built to withstand thousands of impacts (from feet or otherwise). We use industry leading products and weaving methods, checking every square inch three times over before turning it over for usage. Each paracord string can hold up to 550 lbs. The main perimeter rope we use supports nearly 9,000 pounds.
